100%! Most of our members start with zero experience. Our coaches will guide you step-by-step, and you’ll train at your own pace. Beginners are always welcomed with patience and support, and our programs are designed to make your first steps safe, fun, and effective.
Absolutely. Solid MMA is a welcoming, respectful space for women of all experience levels. We offer female only classes and fitness programs.

We’re more than just a fight gym. Solid MMA is a community built on respect, personal growth, and support. As we we grow, our members play a big part in shaping what the gym becomes.
